6 Months Private Coaching

Every coach coaches differently, but for me it's been KEY from day one to not handout temporary bandaids. I'm here to support you in creating sustainable changes and results that last a lifetime. That's why we will move beyond the mind and into the body and nervous system — to repattern the roots that are keeping you from creating and experiencing your dream life. Coaching with me is an intimate, interactive experience where we clarify your goals and dreams, awaken your authentic ways of doing, being and receiving, and integrate this to help you travel down a path to the life you want.

I integrate somatics, inner parts work, neuroscience, embodied leadership, and quantum energetics into my healing and self-realization work. As a former innovation and sustainably consultant with over 10 years of experience, my business studies, and my healing journey, I apply an integrative, purpose-driven, forward thinking approach into all of my containers.

 Rewiring the subconscious and healing the nervous system requires spaciousness. For sustainable transformation and results to occur, we need to create the space to slow down first before your life can speed up. And as mentioned before, I'm not here to handout bandaids, and with that comes owning the truth that lasting change takes time. That's why Radiance is 6 months, and the Receiving Year 12 months.
